The Dijon boast all the traditional features you have come to expect on a professional chef coat, like a Double Breasted Front, Mandarin Collar and Thermometer Pocket.

The Dijon Chef Coat by Chef Works is manufactured in an easy-care, 6.3 oz. Poly/Cotton fabric. This soft yet sturdy blend of fabric highlights the best of both natural cotton and synthetic materials. While maintaining a lightweight, comfortable, breathable feel of cotton, the polyester adds a more stain resistant, wrinkle free quality to the garment that holds up wash, after wash, - after wash and minimizes shrinkage too.
