The Cross-Over Collar Chefs Coat is a lightweight 6.3 oz. Poly-Cotton blend. This soft yet sturdy blend of fabric highlights the best of both natural cotton and synthetic materials. While maintaining a lightweight, comfortable, breathable feel of cotton, the polyester adds a more stain resistant, wrinkle free quality to the garment that holds up wash, after wash, - after wash and minimizes shrinkage too.
