Returns/Exchanges

Clothing: Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned up to 45 days after the date of purchase for a merchandise exchange or a full refund less shipping.

Shoes: To be accepted for returns or exchanges, all shoes must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

Items returned for credit after 45 days of the purchase date will be levied a restocking fee of 15%.

Embroidered items are not returnable.
