Clothing: Unwashed and unworn clothing may be returned up to 45 days after the date of purchase for a merchandise exchange or a full refund less shipping. If an item is defective or a product error occurred on our part, you will be re-reimbursed for all shipping expenses, including return shipping to us.
If you are making an exchange, once your item is received back at our warehouse, we will ship the new item to you at our expense.
Items returned for credit after 45 days of the purchase date will be levied a restocking fee of 15%.
Embroidered items are not returnable.
