Returns/Exchanges

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned up to 45 days after the date of purchase for a merchandise exchange or a full refund less shipping. To be accepted for returns or exchanges, all shoes must be unworn and returned in original packaging. Items returned for credit after 45 days of the purchase date will be levied a restocking fee of 15%.

Embroidered items are not returnable.
