The poly/cotton blended fabric is the best of both worlds. It's soft yet sturdy and durable, it's up for the task, shift after repeated shift. It is more stain resistant and wrinkle free than a 100% cotton fabric. The double breasted front is the signature style of a traditional chef jacket, as is the Mandarin collar and fold back "French" cuffs.
