3) Will this be an Exchange or Return for Credit
4) List of Products you are Returning/Exchanging
Once we have received your request, we will email you with a Return Authorization Number. The Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) must be included on your Shipping Label.
Packages received without an RMA # will be refused delivery & returned to you.
All returned items for exchange or refund must be in a resalable condition. Non-embroidered, unused and non-altered item can be returned within 30 days of original purchase date for a merchandise exchange or a full refund less shipping. If an item is defective or a product error occurred on our part, you will be re-reimbursed for all shipping expenses, including return shipping to us.
Once your item is received back at our warehouse, a credit/refund will be issued or we will ship the new item(s) to you.
