We sincerely appreciate you shopping with us at The Chef's Emporium, for all your uniform needs. We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states on online orders of $100 or more. The free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout. Offer based on merchandise total and does not include Gift Cards, taxes or any additional charges. Offer applies to UPS Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping methods. This offer is not limited to one-time use, but only one promotion code may be used per order. If merchandise is returned for credit, which results in the order value to be below $100, then the original order shipping charge will be deducted from this return before crediting. Orders placed before 11am ET (Weekdays) are typically processed and shipped within 48 (Weekday) hours (orders requiring custom embroidery typically leave the warehouse within 7 business days). We offer the following expedited shipping methods at additional fees, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air (overnight to most areas).Call us on 833-427-7667 for pricing on the expedited shipping. Estimated shipping times via UPS Ground are as follows: East Coast shipments please allow 5-7 business days. Central and Mountain shipments please allow 3-5 business days. West Coast shipments please allow 1-3 business days. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Generally, orders cannot be changed or canceled after 90 minutes of the order being placed. Back Order: On rare occasion, we might experience a back-order on certain popular items. If this is the case with an item that you have ordered, we will do our best to keep you informed as to when the item will be back in stock.
International Shipping (Outside of the USA) The Chef's Emporium has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
