When the kitchen flames flair, the advanced design and superior ventilation of the Cool Vent two-way fabric across the back and shoulders allows heat and moisture to move away from the body and cool air to filter in. The Montreal is manufactured in a "Lite" weight 4.6 oz. 65/35 poly/cotton fine twill fabric.
