Offer applies only to UPS Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping methods. Orders placed before 11am ET are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (orders requiring custom embroidery typically leave the warehouse within 2-4 business days). We offer the following expedited shipping methods at additional fees, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air (overnight to most areas). The shipping price will be calculated as you select a method of shipment and enter your shipping address. Estimated shipping times via UPS Ground are as follows: East Coast shipments please allow 5-7 business days. Central and Mountain shipments please allow 3-5 business days. West Coast shipments please allow 1-3 business days. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Generally, orders cannot be changed or canceled after 90 minutes of the order being placed. If you do notice an error on your order, email us immediately at info@chefsemporium.net and we will do our best to assist you with making changes to your order.

UPS offers pick-up and delivery service Monday thru Friday (no weekend deliveries).
